Aims

- Development of transport facilities of the public of the Western Province.

- Providing opportunity to the people of the province for physiological and psychological development, by diverting them maximumly and quantitatively for sports and physical activities.

- Providing training and facilities to the youth of the Province to uplift thier different skills.

- Qualitative and quantitative development of the persons , institutions and the organizational structures involved in Provincial cultural, literary aesthetic, and religious activities.

- Letting the Cooperative Movement to become a movement which answers to the members and working for the upliftment of all kinds of cooperative movements by paying equal attention to them.

- Minimizing the social inequalities that exist in the underdeveloped villages of the Province
