Creation of the healthy community within the Western Province & making maximum contribution to the social security and social welfare through assistance to and rehabilitation of communities rendered helpless due to various vexations as well as child generation rendered destitute having lost protection and empowerment of women.
1. Expansion of the quantitative and qualitative health service through efficient maintenance of the creative and preventive health sectors.

2. Attraction of local and foreign community towards the indigenous treatment systems of medicine by expansion of institutional services for publishing indigenous treatment system of medicine and by improving production of drugs and cultivation of medicinal herbs.

3. Expansion of social welfare services by assertion of protection and security of senior citizens and leading the vagrant females to the society as good females through their rehabilitation and by providing relief in financial and material assistance to those who are rendered helpless due to various reasons.

4. Expansion of child care services in order to direct the children rendered destitute and subjected various cases of misdemeanor and safeguards children rights.

5. Implementation of skill development training, self employment programmes and productivity development programmes for the empowerment of youth and women.
