Implementation of Decisions, Provide Guidance and Supervisions

The decisions taken, after discussions together with the Western Provincial Council Provincial Cabinet and Ministries in-charge of different portfolios were implemented by issuing necessary orders and circular instructions. These were carried out more efficiently by conducting progress review meetings and conferences.

Conduct meeting of the Head of Departments and Progress Review Meeting

In the implementation of decisions and issuing introductions in respect of all departments, arrangements have been made to convene staff conferences headed by the Hon. Minister and exchange views through direct discussions and thereby enhance their efficiency

Incorporation of Employees’ review for Management

In arriving at decisions by the higher management, arrangements have been made to conduct conferences with the participation of different categories of employees, headed by the Hon. Minister and arrive at more effective decisions through exchange of views and discussion of issues. Different categories of employees such as Public Health Inspector, Probation Officers, Social Services Officers, etc. participate at these conferences
